1. Split and cut off a 3 inch pice of tubing
2. Cut out 1/4
3. Trim out a U or V as shown
4. Cut off excess for head and drill hole for S-hook
5. Shown opened
6. Bevel all contact edged. Bevel opening edges as shown in close up.
7. Attach band clamp
