How Penis Enlargement Works

How Penis Enlargement Works?

To understand the basics behind penis enlargement, one must understand the basic structural anatomy of the penis, how erection occurs, and the mechanics of how penile tissue can be strengthened.

The anatomy of the penis

Here are two diagrams of the penis. Pay close attention to the corpora cavernosa and corpora spongisium.

Penis

The penis is filled with spongy erectile tissue formally called corpus spongisium and corpus cavernosa. This tissue, found only in the penis, closely resembles muscle tissue cells in construct.

How to enlarge the erectile tissue of the penis

Recent scientific studies by scientist D.J. Millward have shown that muscle cells (including the 'corpora cells' within the penis) are surrounded by thin sheaths of connective tissue: the endoysium, perimysium, and epimysium. These layers can be pictured as extremely tough layers of plastic wrap snugly surrounding each cell (and groups of cells). In order for each cell to enlarge, the tough, fibrous connective tissue surrounding the cell must be stretched to a larger diameter.

Think of these layers as 'girdles' that restrict cell expansion. For a bodybuilder, the blood rushing into the muscle during resistance weight training (also known as "the pump") stretches the layers, forcing them to rebuild in slightly larger and larger shapes. Now, to increase the size of your penis, you must somehow stretch the connective layers that surround your penile erectile tissue. This is where our penis enlargement program comes in.

Many of the various penis enlargement methodologies aim to strengthen and enlarge the individual cells within the penis' erectile tissue. Actual new cells do not appear - pre-existing cells are urged to increase in size..

How erection occurs

According to Dr. Chris Steidle, a doctor for Northeast Indiana Urology: "An erection occurs when the nervous system activates a rapid increase in blood flow. The vascular muscle in the spongy area becomes engorged with blood and outflow of blood is cutoff. . .In order to increase an erection, much as we must increase the blood flow, but we also must prevent the blood from leaving the penis, thereby, maintaining the erection."

How to improve erection strength

There are things that can be done to improve erection strength and prevent blood from draining from the penis. Exercises that increase the diameter of the assorted arteries, veins, and capillaries will create increased blood flow to the penis, and therefore result in stronger erections. Within our penis enlargement program are doctor-recommended exercises to help improve and maintain your erection strength.

How orgasm occurs

There are several physiological components of orgasm. First, orgasm is a total body response, not just a pelvic event. Brain wave patterns show distinct changes during orgasm, and muscles in many different areas of the body contract during this phase of sexual response. Some people experience the involuntary contraction of facial muscles resulting in what looks like a grimace or an expression of discomfort or displeasure, but it is actually an indication of high sexual arousal.

The most characteristic physical feature of orgasm is the sensation produced by the simultaneous rhythmic contractions of the pubococcygeus muscle (pc muscle). Along with contractions of the anal sphincter, rectum and perineum, the uterus and outer third of the vagina (the orgasmic platform) for women, and the ejaculatory ducts and muscles around the penis for men, this constitutes the reflex of orgasm. The first few contractions are intense and close together, occurring at about 0.8-second intervals. As orgasm continues, the contractions diminish in intensity and duration and occur at less frequent intervals.

How to improve and withhold orgasm

Order Now!To increase the physical strength and improve control over orgasm, you must improve the physical condition of the aforementioned muscles associated with orgasm. Doctor-recommended exercises that train your muscles to improve orgasm, withhold orgasm indefinently.
